| The city has discovered a way to reduce the strength of each element- if users from the opposed element (Air/Earth, Fire/Water) use their powers in one of the zones, it begins to weaken that zone. Citizens are encouraged to make use of their powers non-destructively to try and help restore balance to the city. | |
